Iran Reacts Strongly to U.S. Military Threats: “Attempts to Pressure the Region Must End,” Says Iranian President

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a strong response to U.S. demands for surrender, stating that Iran will not bow to any pressure and urging American officials to stop issuing military threats in the region. During a conversation with the Iraqi Prime Minister, he made it clear that Iran will not compromise on its sovereignty and dignity and is fully prepared to confront all forms of external pressure.

President Pezeshkian said that Iran is an Islamic state and that Muslims have already bowed before God, therefore no other power has the ability to subdue them. He added that U.S. attempts to impose its demands through force are not only ineffective but are also contributing to further instability in the region. He emphasized that solutions lie not in the use of force, but in dialogue and mutual respect.

In a separate statement, the Iranian president said that power without morality is hollow, and that the current global system is suffering from this imbalance. According to him, the world is currently facing chaos, oppression, injustice, and lawlessness, largely due to politics being reduced to a mere pursuit of power. He stated that Iran is presenting itself as a moral and responsible force, while its opponents have become symbols of irresponsible behavior.

The Iranian president stressed that peace and stability in the region require all parties to demonstrate patience and wisdom. He also urged the international community to promote dialogue and diplomacy instead of unilateral pressure and threats. According to him, Iran has always supported regional peace and will continue to follow this policy in the future.

Meanwhile, analysts say that rising tensions between Iran and the United States have become a major challenge for the region, where strong rhetoric continues alongside ongoing diplomatic efforts to prevent any potential conflict.
